Red Majority is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of high-impact political and advocacy campaigns. The ideal candidate is a sharp communicator and tactical thinker who understands how to move projects forward and spot opportunities for optimization. You’ll assist in launching digital campaigns, managing reporting and performance analysis, and supporting the daily execution of client strategy. You’re someone who enjoys the pace of campaign work, thrives on collaboration, and is always looking to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • A self-starter with 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, political consulting, or communications
  • Basic understanding of political and nonprofit digital fundraising strategies and campaign platforms
  • Highly analytical — confident working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) and interpreting performance data
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Clear, proactive communicator with a service-first mindset and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Familiar with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, email CRMs (e.g. Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor), and analytics platforms
  • Experience or interest in using AI tools to streamline tasks, automate workflows, and improve output
  • Comfortable managing campaign components across email, ads, social media, and reporting
  • Able to adapt quickly and troubleshoot under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Interest in politics, advocacy, and the digital media landscape
  • Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, from planning and content collection to deployment and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and strategists to ensure emails, ads, and digital assets are accurate, timely, and on-message
  • Build, test, and schedule emails using platforms like Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or similar ESPs
  • Monitor performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and report results to internal teams
  • Work closely with vendors, data partners, and teammates to ensure campaigns hit at the right time with the right message
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in proofreading, QA, and formatting across digital deliverables
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues with campaign builds, formatting, or platform settings
  • Stay current on digital marketing best practices and trends, especially in the political and advocacy space
  • Support rapid-response campaign needs, adapting messaging and tactics to seize real-time opportunities in the news cycle
