Role Description

Red Majority is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Account Manager to help lead the charge on fast-moving political and advocacy campaigns. If you thrive in high-energy environments, know how to keep projects on track, and enjoy collaborating across creative, digital, and strategy teams, this role is for you.

The ideal candidate is a natural communicator and problem-solver who can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus. You’ll manage day-to-day client work, drive timelines forward, and ensure that no detail slips through the cracks. You’re someone who’s comfortable in a client-facing role, enjoys the pace of campaign life, and brings a solutions-first mindset to every task.

This is a full-time position built for someone who wants to grow in the world of political strategy and digital consulting — and make meaningful impact while doing it.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with 1+ year of experience in political consulting, digital marketing, or communications
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle deadlines and details
  • Excellent client communication and service mindset
  • Understanding of effective political or advocacy creative
  • Comfortable managing day-to-day execution across digital, email, social, and branding campaigns
  • Familiar with tools like Asana, Google Ads, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Quick learner with flexibility across issue areas and formats
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Interest in politics and current events
  • Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination to keep projects on track and moving forward
  • Support the development and execution of digital strategy across email, ads, social, and branding campaigns
  • Collaborate with design, content, and media teams to produce and deliver high-quality creative assets
  • Write or edit content for client-facing deliverables, including reports, emails, ad copy, and social posts
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting results and insights to clients
  • Conduct research to support strategic planning and creative development
  • Participate in internal brainstorms and contribute new ideas to help clients achieve their goals
  • Maintain clear documentation and project updates using tools like Asana or Trello
  • Assist in proposal development and new business efforts when needed
